Shipping Policy

01 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Dutch public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

02 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays or due to circumstances outside our control.

03 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order at any time via our Track Order page.

If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of your order, please contact us at cuties@benavy.store.

04 Packaging

Every Cuties Benavy order is packed with care. Your jewelry arrives in protective packaging, ready to wear or gift. We take pride in every detail from the moment you order to the moment it arrives at your door.

05 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Cuties Benavy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at cuties@benavy.store. We will do our best to correct it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.

06 Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and ensure a solution is found.

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), if your order is not delivered within 30 days of the agreed delivery date, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

07 Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing cuties@benavy.store with your order number and your intention to return.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the item. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

08 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at cuties@benavy.store with your order number and a photo of the item.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
