Yes. As a consumer in the Netherlands, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed. Simply email us at cuties@benavy.store with your order number to start the process. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if unworn and with the hygiene seal intact. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
